Team Cigar Review: ACE Prime Luciano The Dreamer Hermoso No. 4

Team Cigar Review: ACE Prime Luciano The Dreamer Hermoso No. 4

This ACE Prime Luciano The Dreamer Hermoso No. 4 was a deep flavored cigar. Lots of richness in all flavors presented. This may sound weird, but at times, when a cigar is this deep and rich in flavors, when one of the flavors overtakes another, it can then turn the tables of the profile quite swiftly (in this case the leather tannins). But all in all, very enjoyable and will smoke again.

Team Cigar Review: A.C.E. Prime The Sergeant

Team Cigar Review: A.C.E. Prime The Sergeant

To my surprise, the A.C.E. Prime The Sergeant was a pretty well balanced cigar. After reading that it's corojo, I expected more spice, but perhaps it got blended out from the large 58 ring gauge. Sweetness and creaminess off toasted mixed nuts, wood earthiness off cedar, and soft bread. This is the type of profile that I can sit back and smoke multiples of in a day. Happy to smoke more.

Team Cigar Review: A.C.E. Prime Fiat Lux Insight

Team Cigar Review: A.C.E. Prime Fiat Lux Insight

The A.C.E. Prime Fiat Lux Insight was a slimmer ring gauge packed tight with flavors. The flavor in itself was full, giving a spicy dose of oily red pepper spice, followed by leather, minerals and thick creaminess off dried nuts. The one thing I noticed is, you have to watch the intensity of draws. Draw too fast, and you'll quickly get unwanted char and bitterness. Great showing, I'll be back for more.

Team Cigar Review: A.C.E. Prime Luciano The Traveler

The A.C.E. Prime Luciano The Traveler had a nice start, but dropped down to average in the second third and maintained that level of enjoyment the rest of the way. The price point for this cigar is quite high and with the flavor experience I had, I'm not sure I see myself coming back to this one.

Fiat Lux itself is a blend that generates deliberation. The construction of the cigar provokes an inevitable exploration of flavors as it ignites the taste buds for the sake of discovery. Enlightenment is a natural, mindful consequence of its physical attributes.

Cigar News: ACE Prime The Sergeant Announced as PCA 2021 Exclusive

The Sergeant is a medium-full body blend with deep flavor notes. Due to its balanced acidity all the complexity is slowly revealed by its potent long-aged ligeros from Esteli, Visos from Jalapa and Pueblo Nuevo. A double Connecticut binder is used and it is wrapped by a natural rosado Corojo 99 (Ecuador).

Personal Cigar Review: A.C.E. Prime M.X.S. Signature Dominique Wilkins

Personal Cigar Review: A.C.E. Prime M.X.S. Signature Dominique Wilkins

The A.C.E. Prime M.X.S. Signature Dominique Wilkins had a nice start, but once the dry earth joined in the second third, it put a bit of a damper on things and the experience was just average the rest of the way. The price point is fairly high on this cigar, but it did provide a lengthy smoking time of about three and a half hours, so there's some slight value there.
