Team Cigar Review: Warped Flor del Valle Sky Flower Lancero

Team Cigar Review: Warped Flor del Valle Sky Flower Lancero

Overall, I found the Warped Flor del Valle Sky Flower Lancero to be a good experience, although a noticeable step down from the original Sky Flower release. I would smoke these again, however the price point would probably make me choose the original release or another Warped offering to get a flavor experience that matched.

Team Cigar Review: Warped Maestro Del Tiempo 6102R 2020

The Warped Maestro Del Tiempo 6102R 2020 had an enjoyable and engaging flavor composition through the first and second thirds. While the last third wasn't as complex, it was still quite pleasant. For me, I felt the original 2016 release had more complexity through the first and second thirds, and the final third was also one step better.

Cigar News: Warped La Hacienda First Growth Announced

La Hacienda 'First Growth' will be the newest regular production addition to the La Hacienda line. Utilizing 100% AGANORSA material from Esteli and Jalapa, specifically Corojo '99 & Criollo '98 varietals. This addition of La Hacienda varies from the other vitolas in the line as it offers more body, spice, and a unique darker sweetness.

Team Cigar Review: Warped Flor del Valle Seleccion de Valle

The Warped Flor del Valle Seleccion de Valle was an overall average experience. The first third was good, giving it a quintessential Aganorsa style of Corojo goodness. But past that mark, the profile really deteriorated the further I got into the cigar. A gradual decline as sharpness and unrefined harshness took over the softer notes. In my opinion, definitely stick to the other vitolas within the Flor del Valle line.

Personal Cigar Review: Warped Serie Gran Reserva 1988

Personal Cigar Review: Warped Serie Gran Reserva 1988

Overall, the Warped Serie Gran Reserva 1988 was pretty average and dropped down in enjoyment as it went along. If you're a fan of Warped or like cedar in your cigars, it's worth a try. For me, I'll be in no hurry to revisit it, but would smoke it if one was handed to me.

The cigar needs more aging (1 to 2 years) for especially the Medio Tiempo to meld with the other tobacco leaves. In my experience, once the Medio Tiempo further ages, the cigar will be less spicy and slick, and a better melded array of flavors will be the result.

Team Cigar Review: Warped Lirio Rojo

Team Cigar Review: Warped Lirio Rojo

Although a good cigar, it did not have any wow factors like the Maestro Del Tiempo 6102R or the La Colmena Black Honey. Wow in the sense of having that extra pop in fullness of flavors, so good you'd want to smoke the entire box/bundle in one sitting.

Team Cigar Review: Warped Maestro Del Tiempo 5712

The first third started off with some wonderful flavors, but as it got into the second third, the profile became average and remained that way. I'm definitely interested in revisiting to see if I can get the experience of the first third for more of the cigar.
