Personal Cigar Review: Davidoff 702 Series No. 2

Personal Cigar Review: Davidoff 702 Series No. 2

The Davidoff 702 Series No. 2 had an interesting orange oil note that I don't recall getting before, but overall the profile wasn't that pleasurable. The combination of the toasted wood and orange oil was a bit aggressive and with some dryness and then the bitterness later, it wasn't ever able to create a balanced profile.

Team Cigar Review: Davidoff Dominicana Robusto

Team Cigar Review: Davidoff Dominicana Robusto

I really enjoyed the Davidoff Dominicana Robusto, and it is nice to see a cigar like this being made by Davidoff again. It is one of those Dominican focused cigars that are full in flavors and body, but not overly strong at the same time. There is balance to the cigar, and because of that, it is appealing to many smokers.

Personal Cigar Review: Davidoff Colorado Claro Special R

When it comes to the White Labels, this Davidoff Colorado Claro Special R is where my attention leads to as this blend hits for me. The price point on the line is fairly high, but it is worth reaching for from time to time and I would recommend that anyone who hasn't tried one yet, do so.

Cigar News: Davidoff Chefs Edition 2021 Announced

The iterations in the process of creating the perfect cigar to fill time beautifully were demanding, but at the same time inspiring as the team consisted of the most brilliant palates. The result achieved by both, the Davidoff Master Blenders and the Master Chefs, shows impressively that "«Haute Cuisine» has led, deliciously, to «Haut Fumeur»."

Personal Cigar Review: Davidoff Signature 6000

Personal Cigar Review: Davidoff Signature 6000

While there is a large segment of the smoking population that would enjoy this cigar, the Davidoff Signature 6000 is just a bit too basic for me. With the high price point, I just don't see returning to it, but if you're a fan of mellow Connecticut shades, it will likely be right in your wheelhouse.

The Davidoff JR 50th is hand-rolled in the Dominican Republic at the Davidoff cigar factory, where all Davidoff cigars are made. The blend uses aged Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos for the filler, followed by a rich Negro San Andrés binder from Mexico. The finishing touch is an exquisite Ecuadorian wrapper, dark brown in color and rich in flavor.

Team Cigar Review: Davidoff Tampa Exclusive 2021

I was really pleased with the Davidoff Tampa Exclusive 2021. A very good cigar from start to finish. The flavors of cedar, cream, coffee and spice throughout were fantastic. It delivered those classic Davidoff flavors that you would get in the Anniversario or Signature, but with a lot more strength. It made me think of a lighter version of the Davidoff Chef’s Edition 50th Anniversary.
