Team Cigar Review: Arturo Fuente Rare Pink Vintage 1960’s Short Story

I love the cause that goes with the Arturo Fuente Rare Pink Vintage 1960's Short Story, and I love the packaging, but I am not sold on the cigar. The blend has solid core flavors of citrus, cedar and pepper, but I was hoping for a little more. The wrapper is very dominant on the cigar, and it has a nice profile, but I think it needs to be balanced out some and the way to do that is by providing a larger offering.

While I would probably lean towards the non-barber poles in the Hemingway line, the Arturo Fuente Hemingway Between the Lines is a nice variation. The price point is fairly high for the short smoking time, but I could see coming back to this on occasion.

Personal Cigar Review: God of Fire Aniversario 56

Overall, the God of Fire Aniversario 56 was a pleasant experience along with very good construction. While I could see coming back to this cigar from time to time, the high price point puts a bit of a damper on that. Releases like this are fun to experience, but as is the case here, show that they are ones that are usually worth it once, but not on a regularly recurring basis.

Personal Cigar Review: God of Fire by Carlito Churchill

This is a cigar I've had in the humidor for just over six years and it has aged wonderfully. If you've had some of these sitting in the humidor, it's time to grab one to enjoy. I have another one left and I'm looking forward to the time I can reach for it and do this again.
