Espinosa Premium Cigars is proud to announce the release of our new 601 La Bomba Warhead VIII, the eighth installment of one our most successful limited year releases. This year’s release, the Warhead VIII (8) is a 6 x 60, box pressed Gordo.
If it isn't obvious from the name, the 601 La Bomba Warhead VII is a full flavored, full strength cigar, but the blend of the VII release manages to ramp up to that instead of blasting you on your first few puffs. I found the flavors to be engaging and at times nuanced through the first and second thirds. There's no question, I will return to the La Bomba Warhead VII again.
The 601 La Bomba Warhead VI is a really enjoyable figurado and it delivers solid flavors with a nice strength and body level. This is a cigar that will speak to those who are looking for dark and rich flavors with a nice strength and body level. I'm not sure if I would age them, and I say that because I think age will take away from the qualities that make it great now.
The Warhead VI is the newest iteration in the Warhead series. First released in 2013, the Warhead is a full-bodied cigar packed with creamy sweetness and delicious spice. The cigar is blended by Espinosa Premium Cigars at AJ Fernandez’s San Lotano Factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua.
In a market where there is quite a lack of thin ring gauge cigars (especially Connecticut broadleaf ones), this one provides enough uniqueness that warrants a must try.
