It’s a cigar that rewards smokers who appreciate distinct bursts of flavor early on, grounded by earth and minerality throughout, and wrapped in Aganorsa’s characteristic bread-and-spice signature.
The Aganorsa Leaf Supreme Leaf Gran Robusto was a good cigar, and a consistent one as well. All samples produced the same smoking experience which was to my liking. It has been a while since an AGANORSA smoked at this level, and this reminded me of some early AGANORSA/Casa Fernandez releases. It's not as refined as their offerings during that golden era, but a really good blend. A really good Nicaraguan puro.

I don't recall the previous size we reviewed having this much intensity, but it was enjoyable. Typically I don't find the larger ring gauges land in my wheelhouse, but the Robusto 54 Supreme Leaf delivered.

Flavors included baking spices, bread, red pepper flake, sweetness, cedar, creaminess and earth. I'll be smoking additional Supreme Leaf cigars because the overall experience was good and the first third was rich and complex.
