Empire Social Lounge Brickell is excited to feature the acclaimed Chef Victor Rosado for the second installment of the “Empire Social Lounge Chef Dinner Series”. Chef Victor Rosado’s menu for this event is inspired by his Caribbean and International culinary experience.
