The Alec Bradley Black Market Filthy Ghooligan had an average flavor profile throughout. The heavily toasted cedar with wood bitterness was the driver and the supporting notes didn't do enough to make the profile exciting. It's a fun concept for a holiday, but not a cigar I'd see myself coming back to.
The Alec Bradley Black Market Filthy Hooligan Shamrock 2020 is a fun cigar and at the same time educational. You can pick up on the three wrappers throughout the entire smoking experience. You can see their impact. I would keep this as a limited seasonal release, but I would separate the cigar from Black Market and Filthy Hooligan. It belongs in it's own category.
The Alec Bradley Black Market Esteli Robusto started off with a pine note and a little metallic component but quickly moved to the core flavors that were presented for the majority of the experience. The price point is attractive, so fans of this flavor profile or of the Black Market in general will probably like this. For me, I was looking for a bit more complexity as the flavor profile was quite linear.
