Ft. Lauderdale, FL (March 8, 2018) – The 2018 Winter Olympics may have just ended, but Alec Bradley Cigar Co announced today that it’s still going to bring home the gold! Owner, Alan Rubin, is dead set on winning after training for years for the triumphant, full scale return of the Alec Bradley Medalist cigar line.
“To be the best, you have to beat the best,” said Alan. ”Medalist does just that. This cigar was created to be a people pleaser, anytime of the day.”
With Medalist, Alec Bradley is paying homage to its roots. Alan began selling affordable, mild cigars in the mid-90s. Since then, his company has evolved into a powerhouse, producing cigars geared more towards the medium to full-bodied market.
“With Medalist we are looking to remind people of our company’s past,” Alan said. “We are also asking milder cigar smokers who have shied away from us to give us a chance. Medalist is smooth and complex with a light natural sweetness. Medalist hits a presentation, flavor and price point that is attractive to many smokers that we haven’t spoken to in a while.”
Alec Bradley Medalist sports a golden hued ‘shade grown’ wrapper from Honduras, a Honduran binder and premium long-fillers from Honduras and Nicaragua.
Alec Bradley will be presenting Medalist in heroically inspired 10-Count Boxes. The cigars will be available in four sizes: 5 X 52 Robusto (MSRP $6.00 per cigar), 6 X 54 Toro (MSRP $6.50 per cigar), 7 X 50 Churchill and 6 X 60 Gordo (Both with a $7.00 per cigar MSRP).
Alec Bradley is taking orders from Tobacconists now for April delivery.
