If you are a big ring gauge fan and loved the line, I would highly recommend it. I smoke smaller ring gauge cigars, but if I am in the mood for a big cigar I would grab one of these. Lots of flavors, complex and balanced.
Davidoff has yet another winner under their belt. In a way, this is what I expect out of Davidoff with their newly badged and blended cigar. This is a must try for especially experienced smokers given its increased strength and nuances.
If you prefer a more consistent smoking experience, the Toro is your cigar. If you prefer bolder and deeper flavors (as well as strength), the Robusto is your cigar.
The flavors were a bit fragmented for the first half of the first third and then melded well. The second third was very full on flavor and was the best representation of the blend. The final third then had some big swings but was still enjoyable.
Davidoff has another winner in their portfolio, showing once again the bolder side of what they can do. The dark and rich notes worked very well in unison. A cigar well worth putting into your rotation.
