Team Cigar Review: MBombay Vintage Reserve Lancero 1973
This is the profile where MBombay really shines for me. The unique wood notes along with some cream and transitions between black pepper and cinnamon.

This is by no means an everyday cigar for the typical cigar enthusiast, as the taste has the price to match it. But for those more special occasions, or when you just want to treat yourself, this is it.
This cigar had a nice and mellow flavor with some pretty interesting transitions. The transitions were also plentiful which really kept my interest throughout the cigar.
We had been working on the blend of Gaaja for more than 4 years. The process involved in logistics and long fermentation of tobacco from countries like Peru and Paraguay, really tested our patience. We had to wait for 3 vintages of the Hybrid Connecticut wrapper leaf for the perfection we wanted. As the elders say, “patience pays off”; hence Gaaja.
