The Hooten Young Operation Gothic Serpent 30th Anniversary had some interesting herbal tobacco combinations in the first third that kept me engaged. The second third was still pleasant, but wasn't as dynamic and that continued through the last third. This is my first experience with Hooten Young, and while it was pleasant enough, it didn't do quite enough for me to want to return to this release.
For the Operation Gothic Serpent 30th Anniversary, Hooten Young is excited to partner with former Davidoff Master Blender Eladio Diaz, owner of Tabacalera Díaz Cabrera. In a salute to those who served, Eladio crafted this complex, robust, and delicious blend that is truly Made to Remember®.
At the 2023 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show, Hooten Young is launching two new SKU's for presale, the Operator (Aug 5, 2023) and the Operation Neptune Spear (Sept. 1, 2023). Due to ongoing situations in Nicaragua with box manufacturing it took some time to finalize the box designs that we were looking for. And the wait was worth it.
