The price point is fair for this cigar in terms of experience, size and smoking time. If you enjoy cigars on the milder strength side, then this is one definitely worth checking out. Flavors were enjoyable, I would just lean towards a shorter vitola.
The Cavalier Geneve Black Series II Robusto was a pleasure to smoke. The baseline of the softly sweetened milky consistency paired with dry red pepper heat and cocoa was not only tasty but worked well in unison. Great offering from the guys at Cavalier of Geneva.
I find the Black Series to be similar as the White Series in the sense that it is also a smooth and balanced profile. The Black Series does deliver more earth and spice, which is welcomed. Overall, a consistently tasty profile with a good mixture of sweet cream, spice and wood.
A dessert cigar patched in luxurious gold. Makes complete sense why this cigar was originally geared towards the European market. A cigar that’s all about flavor with no strength (for U.S. standards).
