Team Cigar Review: Ventura Archetype Curses Robusto

The Ventura Archetype Curses Robusto is an overall strong example of a classic Connecticut Broadleaf blend. If you're looking for some satisfying Broadleaf flavors, and don't want to be blown out by strength, I'd pick up an Archetype Curses.

Team Cigar Review: La Flor Dominicana Special Football Edition 2019

Overall, the La Flor Dominicana Special Football Edition 2019 was fairly average and not likely something I'd want to track down more of. The cigar was released for an event, and I suppose it would work for smoking during the game as it had a long smoking time. Paired with your favorite libation during the game may provide some nice enjoyment, but on it's own, I'd pass (and it would be an incompletion).

Personal Cigar Review: My Father La Gran Oferta Torpedo

Personal Cigar Review: My Father La Gran Oferta Torpedo

Overall, the profile was quite dark with the dark wood that became charred and the strength that built from medium to medium-full. The My Father La Gran Oferta Torpedo probably isn't something I'd return to, but for those that like dark profiles with the strength to match, I could see this being something that draws them in.

Personal Beer Review: Dandy Bright Young Things English Summer Ale

Personal Beer Review: Dandy Bright Young Things English Summer Ale

The Dandy Bright Young Things English Summer Ale has a lot going for it on the aroma, style, finish and balance. It's possible the age of the beer influenced the flavor and it is best enjoyed fresh. Overall, the flavor wasn't bad, I just found it to be uncomplicated compared to other beer offerings from Dandy.
