A baller look and an overall tasty profile. I'm typically not all that excited for such a long smoking experience, as it tends to be monotonous. But, the J.C. Newman The American President showed composure throughout the vast majority of the smoking experience. Bold statement, but I think this may be worth the $20.

The J.C. Newman The American No. 2 is a pretty anticipated cigar and I felt it gave a good showing. Burn issues aside, I enjoyed it and would definitely smoke it again. The price point is fairly high, but can be expected with an all U.S.A. build. The smoking time was quite lengthy, so it does provide some value there.
What makes The American unique is that it is the first 100% American cigar. These luxury cigars are hand rolled by Americans in a historic United States cigar factory using heirloom American cigar tobaccos. The boxes, bands, labels, cigar molds, cellophane tubes, and other parts of this unique project are all made in the United States as well.
