(Bonita Springs, FL) – This week, the new Java Maduro x-press began shipping to tobacconists. The new vitola is a diminutive round cigar (4 x 32) packaged in 10-count tins.

These new tiny smokes feature all the familiar chocolate and coffee flavors of Java Maduro cigars, but in a convenient 10-minute shape. The x-press tins will carry a suggested retail price of $24 per pack and will be showcased in displays of five.

“The wait is over,” said Mark Weissenberger, VP of Marketing. “We’ve been excited to tap into the tin market and provide the Java smoker with a true coffee break cigar.”

Java x-press was first introduced at the 2017 IPCPR trade show and slated to reach tobacconist shelves in December of 2017, but production issues delayed the release. It was supposed to be available in Latte and Mint along with Maduro, but x-press will only be produced for the Maduro brand. All the flavor-infused Java brands are made exclusively for Rocky Patel Premium Cigars (RPPC) by Drew Estate in Nicaragua.

Java x-press will be seventh size in the popular Java Maduro portfolio, joining the square-pressed Corona, Robusto, Toro, The 58, as well as the round, pig-tailed Petite Corona and the extreme trunk-pressed Wafe.
