Cigar News: Aganorsa Leaf Rebrands Core Lines as La Validación Series

Aganorsa Leaf has streamlined their core line Corojo, Maduro, Habano, and Connecticut brands under the new La Validación Series. Maintaining the same blends as the original releases, the four lines have been repackaged with more prominent Aganorsa Leaf branding, and the box counts and sizes have been standardized. All four lines will now be showcased in boxes of 15 and consist of three vitolas: Gran Robusto 5 x 54, Toro 6.25 x 52, and Gran Toro 6 x 58. In keeping with the original versions, all sizes will be box pressed with the exception of the Habano, which will continue to be rolled as round parejos.

“Last year we sent out a survey to our retail partners and the big take away is our cigars need to better reflect our company logo and image.” states Terence Reilly, who serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We listened to this valuable feedback and have worked with a professional designer to create an image that is unmistakably Aganorsa. We think both retailers and consumers will be thrilled with this new look that captures the essence of Aganorsa: OUR LEAF IS OUR STRENGTH.

The Habano and Connecticut lines will arrive in late May while the Maduro and Corojo Lines will arrive in July in time for PCA. Pricing will range from $8.75 to $10.75 MSRP.
