2021 Cigar of the Year

Concept

We are continuing with a singular list for the site rather than publishing a list for each of the reviewers on the site. This is to create a more uniform list. It is still based on the review results and it is calculated based on weighting the ranking of each reviewers individual list and then totaling that number for each cigar and then ranking the cigars based on the total scores from that weighting.

To read the full review on any of these cigars, just click on the cigar name.

There are links to each reviewers list below the singular list to show full transparency.

Also, be sure to check out our video recap which is located just below the lists.

Criteria

  1. Only cigars that were released between November 1, 2020 and October 31, 2021 are eligible.
  2. Cigar has to have been reviewed on the site.

Feedback

Let us know your thoughts on our lists. We want to hear it all.

Anyway to put the reviewers’ lists in html format? Can’t open up the google sheets. Love your work as always!

We don’t have plans to set them up this way. Is not being able to open the sheets a limitation on your end? They are public.

Curious about how the Cohiba M got 14th when it was ranked number one by two reviewers.

Because I killed it and it’s weighted scoring by the entire team. Similar thing happened for the Dos Cientos.

Aaron is the reason why we can’t have nice things.
