Perdomo Legacy Connecticut Epicure

Team Cigar Review: Perdomo Legacy Connecticut Epicure

A Perdomo that I can truly get behind. Success! This Perdomo Legacy Connecticut Epicure goes toe to toe with some of my favorite shade offerings such as Espinosa Crema, Matilde, etc. It's not the same as those profiles, but it works well with how well the profile shows fullness in flavors and transitions. It's about time I found a winner in this brand. Let's keep this going.

Perdomo Legacy Shade Grown Epicure

Team Cigar Review: Perdomo Legacy Shade Grown Epicure

I’ve smoked two of the Perdomo Legacy offerings, the Shade and Maduro, and both have been solid releases. Blends I would come back to in the future. The Perdomo Legacy Shade Grown Epicure delivers a nice flavor profile and amazing construction from start to finish. It is never harsh and has a nice medium-full strength and body. This might be one of the best shade-grown releases they have released. I would love to smoke this cigar in a variety of ring gauges.

Perdomo Legacy Maduro Epicure

Team Cigar Review: Perdomo Legacy Maduro Epicure

I enjoyed the Perdomo Legacy Maduro Epicure. It was not overly complex, but it had a nice core flavor profile from start to finish. The notes of earth, wood, tobacco, coffee beans, cocoa and spices played off one another well, and kept my interest throughout the large cigar. Honestly, in today’s market, having something smoke at a simple and solid level from beginning to end is a big deal. Good cigar, and I am interested in the other wrapper offerings.
